Job Title: Motivational Logistics Director (MLD)

Location: Remote; work from home, Starbucks or your sailboat

Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Hours/week: 15+/- hours/week initially (part-time)

Compensation: $14/hour + performance bonus + advancement potential

Position Summary: Professional speaker (Kevin Snyder) seeks highly-motivated and independent individual to assist with various logistics and scheduling for his speaking business. While the selected individual does not need to have experience working in the speaking industry, having an appreciation for motivation and self-improvement is essential. The selected candidate will be fully equipped and trained on duties for this position. This position is a remote, virtual position with flexible and self-reported hours. With strong performance, this position can offer more hours with higher commission bonus structure and advancement. Majority of job duties will include online research, sending outbound emails, managing speaker database, tracking leads, and support onsite for speaking engagements.

Kevin has been speaking for nearly 20 years and has been a full-time professional speaker since 2012, presenting for nearly 1,500 audiences in all 50 states and several countries. His speaking appearances are global with majority of his speaking in the United States. Audiences include high schools, colleges, and corporate organizations and professional associations. Approximately 60 percent of Kevin’s speaking is annual conferences and 40% onsite leadership training programs for specific organizations. Kevin is also the author of several books and provides coaching services helping speakers build their speaking business.
